The delays on MTA buses these days are maddening. Yesterday I waited for the M9 and then it was announced it would be delayed by 8 minutes so I waited, then it said another 6 minutes, then another 5, then another 9 minutes and overall it would have been faster to walk there with 2 broken legs than take this broken bus.

Omg ever since this shit started buses at night are slower than walking home like I have to take most of the B57 line to get home from where my friend lives and istg waiting for an hour only to have a 30 minute delay and then see the bus “not in service” is the worst.
