Yeah I’m sure renting market is much more different now. But hopefully since it’s a big city it still moves pretty quick as you said compared to other places. Wow that’s crazy. From what I’ve heard Bushwick isn’t a good neighborhood but I mean it’s affordable. I’m not picky though anywhere in Brooklyn will do just fine for me. And I heard about East Ny. People say if you’re not from there then don’t go there so I’m guessing it’s no joke out there.
