Rents are dropping in boroughs outside of Manhattan. Landlords figure it’s better to have tenants than empty apartments.

Yep. Didn't realize that I still had streeteasy emails turned on for my saved search from peak COVID times as I hadn't received emails for several months. Started getting them about a month ago again.
