Cut it up and throw it away.

Nobody’s gonna go thru the time and effort to retrace their steps when they can call their bank or use an app to get a new one.

Lmfao what? Guaranteed they logged into their account and froze/cancelled the card the moment they noticed. Why the fuck would they want it back after someone knows all the digits? Use your 🧠

Ok everyone - hear me out. What if the person is travelling and has no access to the bank to get a new card, has no cash and no friends in city. Now how about a Thanksgiving miracle? ☺️

You call the credit card company, the company contacts the person.

I’ve actually gone through this before… I know it sounds cruel, but the best thing to do is cut the card up and throw it away. I actually went so far as to call the credit card company and offer to either hold the card or drop it off at the bank… A bank that issued the card… And the customer service person basically said “thanks but no thanks“.

So I applaud your attitude, but this is just one of those things unfortunately.

Its mine. What's the number, expiration date, and cvv code? I'll confirm.

You're better off shredding the card. Most likely the card has been reported lost.
