Was looking for the story as well to send my mom. Couldn't find it either. NY1 ran it for two days in a row.
My mother's neighbor is moving from Brooklyn to LI and it took the "professional cat wrangler" five hours to get two cats into carriers. Dude charged 275 for the first visit, then one escaped and he had to come back. Then he charged another 250 for the next few hours and said lose my number.
He had a lasso. It was two cats. He complained about owners adopting 'feral' cats.
Meanwhile these movers broke down walls and moved 150 cats that were literally brought in from the street.

Many of these cats suffered from infections. Despite the reputation, most cats are not good at catching mice nor rats.
