Hello all!
Not too long ago, I got terminated for cause. They gave me two options to go with and I chose the resignation option. Where do I go from here? I'm still waiting for an email from another company that said that I am going to get an offer letter, but what else can I do? I'm currently just crying until I get up to send bring back the items for the company.

I did resign like I said in the comments. The other option was to be Terminated with/for Cause. The Cause is because of performance issues.
Edit 2: Thank you everyone for more responses and talking about unemployment benefits! I have filed for unemployment benefits 10 minutes ago.
