My Husband and I finally sat down to look at expenses and this is where we landed...Kinda stuck on next steps

Total combined Income monthly: $9000

Expenses:

• Mortgage $2100
• Car Note: $1476 (2 cars)
• Car Insurance: $270 (recently in a car accident - deemed at fault)
• Tithes: $1000
• Utilities, Groceries, Gas, Gym etc: ~$2500 (including a $600/month heating bill during winter months)

Remaining income: ~$1650

I do put $700 a month into my 401k, my husband also puts money towards his. No Kids and about $13k in credit card debt, no savings
