Mom Died With Credit Card Debt

Hello all. So my mom recently passed away. She's got almost $30K in credit card debt we didn't know about. Will my father or I inherit any of this debt? Hers was the only name on the cards. We don't have a lot of money and this will be tough to pay off. Any advice on what to do?
