Credit card 0% APR offers. Will cost 1-3% of the initial draw amount but has a set term of zero interest. Pay it off before the interest hits. That personal loan is higher than a excellent credit card apr.

Usually they will send balance transfer checks. Write it to yourself and deposit it.

Do the math, if the 14% from the bank amortized over the 12 months is less than the fee offered for transfer then it’s a win.
