My out of state college tuition is going to be 30k a year with housing and my family said they’ll pay for it is this dumb?

I feel horrible about it while college is an investment I feel like I’m just spoiled. This is the city i really really want to live in and I could make amazing experiences and have so many opportunities but is this unreasonable? I can’t find any other college I like and that compete remotely close to this college. If you as a parent can afford it would you pay that much for your kids tuition? It’s 3 years since I already did one year in community college I’m thinking of getting about 20k in student loans so I could feel better abt it but idk
