Currently I make $4.5k a month. Pay around $1000 for car and insurance. Rent $1.5k per month. Education loan payment $1.3k month ( minimum amount). Have 8k debt in credit cards. Owe almost $10k to family and friends. Have nothing in savings or 401k. No investments. I'm unable to get a loan because my credit score is in 400s. Please advise how can I come out of this mess.
