If you have any personal experience with either of the following please let me know:

  • buying and renting multiple properties, outsourcing all building management and maintenance (also similar to AirBNB tiktok people)

  • purchasing bulk products from AliBaba and selling them at inflated prices on Amazon, hiring some 3rd party to ship them for us?

My husband hears all the time from online finance communities that he needs to diversify his sources of income, and they all suggest “easy, passive” forms. I keep telling him these are just TikToks and it’s not that easy to make $30-50k extra a year with no effort, but he believes these gimmicks he sees online

Maybe I am wrong, maybe not, so if you have experience with any of these or the other popular passive income hacks please let me know so I can show him before he gets too deep in something and it’s not what he expects
