Does anyone know what's going on with Nipotina on Wolf Street just above West Passyunk? It's been finished and looks like it's ready to go for about a year now and it's still sitting empty.

I asked a worker inside last Summer when they expected to open and he said they were still waiting on inspections from the city. It looks like it has the potential to be a cool spot.
