I can’t speak from experience at the market itself but southeast Asian food in general is highly vegetarian friendly. Fried bananas, various tofus, stir fried veggie noodle dishes galore.

There's a lot of fish sauce used though, in tofu and noodle dishes too. Was hoping there would be some dedicated and labeled veg food.
