I know this is probably a joke, but... It was extremely shallow at this point here. Like, you could probably wade out into the river a few feet (if you were feeling lucky). I was surprised, actually. I assumed the Schuylkill was much deeper.
So, probably not the best body disposal spot tbh.

It’s tidal below the Art Museum. The depth fluctuates by 5 feet or more twice a day.
It’s deep enough in the center for some pretty big boats to navigate through.
