Stop people from parking on top of ya drain pipes the weight from the cars keep riding on em or sitting on em will crush ya pipes

My neighbor wrote a note and smacked it on a parked car once. It read: don't park on my concrete, I've already had to replace my pipes. Other neighbors just drag their bike pedals across cars parked out front. Other people place poles.
