My old block, i used to get coffee there (different name/owners) in early 2000s when I lived across the street. Then one Saturday night a drunk driver crashed into the building and demolished the front facade. I think that was the same year the building catty corner to this burned down. One of the nicest blocks i lived on during my time in Philly but boy was it unlucky.
