A lot of Philadelphians don't own cars and use bikes as their only mode of transportation. The city is also very walkable, and public transit is frequent and reliable most of the time.
Your hotel is in a very bike accessible area.

Sure, it’s accessible. That has nothing to do with the behavior of drivers, however.
