Didn't realise that ... thanks for the correction :) I was vaguely wondering if people associating themselves with a candidate, rather than posting against other candidates, might make things a little more positive.

Honestly and with respect, I'm skeptical of this sort of engagement with politicians -- candidate flairs on reddit accounts, yard signs, etc. My concern is that when people relate to their politicians as extensions of their own identity, it becomes much, much harder to hold the politicians accountable once they're in office. But that's just my personal opinion.

I don’t care how much I love/hate a candidate, I will never have a yard sign. 1) Because they’re just god awful and 2) I have no yard

You can set custom flair if that is your cup of tea. That said, I can’t really see doing that leading to much good lol. This place is already a toxic garbage dump when it comes to political stuff.
