This ain’t bragging, it’s just the reality of a busy city without immediate parking. You wouldn’t be speaking to anyone this way if you were in person… unless you’re looking to get smacked on the mouth.

No it's not.

Look at Boston, NYC, DC, etc. They don't have this problem. It's a Philadelphia-only problem because "it's always been like this."

The above attitude is why Philly falls behind the rest of the Northeast.
