The People were definitely protesting the roads yesterday. There wasn’t a moment of traffic driving down the Schuylkill from 4:30p-5:00p. I couldn’t believe it.

That's not how we do things here. Blow through that red while saying "Go Birds!" as you narrowly avoid several collisions with oncoming traffic.
