Comparable to spak bros, Double wide in south side has a seitan cheese-steak that they use a BBQ sauce on. I've also had an amazing braised "beef" seitan banh mi from Ineffable Cafe but I think they only have those during limited times (it isn't on their website menu)
Smoke in Lawrenceville has a good bit of vegetarian options that might add some of the smokey BBQ flavor but they don't have any homemade meat alternatives, just things like mushrooms/beans
Edit: I've never been to The Zenith but is supposed to be awesome and they have weekly menus so maybe in the summer they'll do a BBQ week?
Double Wide actually has a bunch of vegan options, and they are quite good. The Suavacado and the sandwich with veggies on it are great in addition to the cheesesteak.

Not any that I know of that would truly be BBQ.
