If you grew up listening to B94 in the late 80s your brain is automatically going to insert "B-94" at about the 1:45 mark of this video. I've never heard of this being done to any other song, and I'm curious if it was done to this song across multiple stations, or was this just an invention of a radio engineer in Pittsburgh? It's like a little audio time-capsule involuntarily embedded directly into the brains of my generation of Yinzers!

The “🎶Lebanon Church Road, Pittsburgh🎶” wasn’t exclusive to Century III Chevrolet. That one hurt when I found out.

WWSW that inserted their stupid "TookiTooki Bird" sound into a pause in the "Good Lovin'" by the Rascals. Geez, this is dating me, isn't it? Probably during the 80's, too, maybe into the 90's. I occasionally hear the song and still, during the pause, think "TookiTooki". Annoying after so many years...

Haha I don’t know about that, but I will admit my own shortcoming when it comes to the Top 8 at 8….

I never knew what they were saying. The Top Hated Eight was my original thought, which makes zero sense. I literally had no idea they were saying “Top Eight At Eight” for ages. When it finally clicked, I don’t think I’ve ever felt stupider hahahha

Ha! I remember this from childhood in my mom’s car. Even then I remember being annoyed that they did that.
