Apparently you can’t read because I specifically mentioned it’s a bit beyond the area he is asking. A 20-minute drive isn’t that far away.

No, I can read just fine. I'm just assuming that OP doesn't want to drive 20 minutes further away than they were already planning, given their first option was closed.
