Surprisingly, Valkyrie Doughnuts in Bellevue PA has amazing vegan pepperoni puffs. I'm not vegan, but love their doughnuts.... bought the puffs on a whim and LOVED them. Personally, Giles Town and Country market in Beaver Falls is the best, imo, it's what I grew up with.
