Great movie. Unfortunately large portions filmed in Ohio and WV. When the hunting scenes were shown, I actually laughed—Washington state looks nothing like PA

always out myself as an out of towner on the last bit (rhoticity) and frequent use of "yous guys".

My dad who grew up in the mon valley - worked in a union mill and grew up in a orthodox church made me watch the deer hunter growing up. he says it feels exactly how he remembers the 70s.
