They are good at making the morons who block traffic by camping out at curbside Arrivals for 20+min move to the cell phone lot where they belong.

If there was an actual cell phone lot instead of having to go into long term then getting stuck at the constantly broken exit gate there wouldn't be an issue

It’s a bad design, and it should be fixed when the airport reconstruction is finished. Still no excuse for blocking traffic and blocking people in.
