Thanks for this. It’s really valuable info. Why does it need to be C3? That seems so weird. I guess it makes sense.

The zone change is being requested to allow for live entertainment –ancillary use, which would allow for enhanced entertainment that would include amplified music, DJs, dancing and performances.
