East land did a ton of work for us last year including garage lighting and panel upgrades.

I use GEM and let them hire from in-house or to their sub-contractors. Now I don't have to hunt down and test out a bunch of different people.

How are there prices though? My aunt used them recently and the price was..uh...not amazing

I would say mildly more expensive than average, but I already have a service contract with them, so all the hassle save is a an overall net-net win for me. I'd rather save hours of my life than a hundred bucks.
