I got totally stood up by a stylist my very first time at Flipp, so sadly the Taurus in me could not return. She didn’t even call me to apologize.

I go to Ello Pretty! A little pricey but A+ results.

I still have no idea! I showed up all excited for a big color job and another stylist asked me who I waiting for and I said the name and the stylist said “she’s not even in today”! Then the receptionist was panicking but she was really nice about it. She said the stylist would call me to reschedule and she never did!

But Ello Pretty is great, I have no complaints! Any stylist knows what they’re doing. Their ig is awesome, it says who did what. Some of the stylists are edgier than others.
