Not a coffee shop but my favorite lunch spot downtown is Serendipity. They have a great buffet but they also have a little deli window with amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches that don’t break the bank.

The new place in the arcade (coco) is solid. They use new harvest coffee and sometimes have knead donuts.

Knead downtown caught on fire. It’s been replaced by the coffee connection.. which randomly has knead donuts on fridays

Small Point is my favorite. Their staff are awesome and do latte art if you're looking to treat yourself, it's only $4 for a mocha.
