My last relationship was a year ago, we were okay, I did love the person and got my heart broken. But I've completely moved on.

But weirdly, since then I never felt the urge to search for anyone new. I met people, went on more than a few dates, but nothing actually clicked. The weird part is,,,, that I'm okay with it??

I began thinking that relationships are a hassle to maintain. I began enjoying being single too mich. Which is scary cuz I don't want to die alone.

Has anyone been through the same thing as me?

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be single for a few years whilst you work on yourself.

I think it's healthy to have some times like this in your life. In the long run, it will help you to identify the relationships that make your life better, and to distinguish them from those that don't.

Relationships do require energy to maintain. So, it can be a hassle if you don't want to spend energy on them. And it's okay not wanting to invest in them.

There is no such thing as enjoying being single too much. No amount of enjoying being single is ever too much. Enjoy it to your heart's content.

Well, no point in worrying about dying alone, we all die alone inevitably. Even with people on our deathbed, we die alone.

After I got out of a unhealthy relationship that I got into while getting divorced I decided to spend time reflecting on myself and taking care of my kids. It lasted two years. I'm now engaged. Where you are now is nit where you may be in a few years
