I’ve (24) been seeing this guy (29) for a couple of months now and really thought we could make it long-term but, now I don’t feel the same. One thing I hate is when someone lies and doesn’t admit it. I can tell when someone is lying pretty well, and he’s a terrible liar. The first time we hooked up, he didn’t have any condoms so I asked him if he wore any with other women. He said yes… ok why don’t you have any? And when he bought some, he got the wrong size. I just can’t come to believe he uses them if he doesn’t know his size. I’ve also had to tell him he needs to give effort during sex and he didn’t take it well since he felt old and gets tired really fast. I was honest but very considerate at how I worded myself during that convo and never meant to make him feel that way. He’s not even old. We were fine afterwards but then recently, when we hooked up, he tried to fake an orgasm. I could tell he was getting tired but he took the condom off super quick and said he came a little. I didn’t see anything on the condom as he pulled it off, didn’t let me check it, and I didn’t taste anything when I went down. I told him to not lie and he said he wasn’t, giving me complements to sidetrack after. I just let it go and moved on. I want us to both have fun and I’ve even told him if he’s tired, let’s take a break or I’ll take over again. How do I tell him his lies are apparent since he is sensitive? Or am I just overthinking?
