Short pump.

It’s got shopping.
Tree lined windy roads.
Great schools.
2 hours to dc.
2 hours to beach.
2 hours to blue ridge.
Almost no traffic.
4 seasons of weather.

Wife and I both work remote, short pump is our choice of anywhere in us
