If they see you, they will kick you out, yes. That said, I smell marijuana at every concert I go to. A vape may be more discreet?

Yeah, I'd go with a vape (if one absolutely must, which is unlikely) or edible here. OP might be able to get away with smoking inside the National, but if there's somebody nearby that doesn't like it and knows who's smoking, they're going to rat OP out real quick.
