UPDATE: She didn’t have a chip and is at the Richmond Animal Shelter at Chamberlayne. She’s a sweet girl. I hope someone recognizes her and she can get back to her family soon.

I live nearby and think I know this dog. I just sent this to the owner but haven't confirmed anything.
