You’re going to have to be more specific than haywire. Is it your screen? Is the battery not charging? Is the mouse/touchpad not working? Is it booting over and over? Are you able to sign in? Are your emails loading? Are you able to access the internet? Are you encountering pop ups? Did you reset your password? Did you check for updates? Are all devices connected? Are you winning windows, mac, or Linux? Is it a laptop or pc? What is the manufacturer?

I don’t know if a pc store here in Richmond but I’m trying to help you not spend $100 at Best Buy. I’m sure with more specific information we can possibly guide you through some form of support.
