Damn, he failed the Maryland state driver's license test. It doesn't count unless you make it back across the border after causing an accident in VA

Thanks for triggering (in a GOOD way) some fond memories of my grandfather, who lived in Alexandria at the time, making jokes about Maryland drivers after encountering one speeding down a one-way street, the wrong way.
