I wonder if they have plans for tropical to make sure any water runoff is controlled, that dip in the road down there floods frequently and would be hellish frozen

The engineers have detailed plans to preserve the wetlands. They've been working on that behind RVA 5/6 for maybe six months now. With the busses running along that route all day long I'm sure they're going to control runoff 👍

I can't assure your house won't be out of power for long, but the generators cost about $1.5M a day to run, so I'm guessing it will be a priority to restore power as quickly as possible
