Saw this for the first time from 195 & looks brand new- map says Westwood Trail & it connects from the Dabney Road industrial area to the train yard. Electronic gates, covered shuttle stops. Any info?

It's a massive lot, with all of those stations throughout. It looks like a point for evacuations 😂. "the busses for the relocation camps will arrive shortly"
