It’s insane the lack of housing in town. Finally in a spot to where owning a house seems somewhat possible but then I started house shopping and I think I still might not be able to get out of the renting trap. Found a decent house that was listed at 350k. We bud a few thousand over that amount and waived repairs (still asked for inspection). Came back today saying they got so many bids they now want at least 400k. It’s crazy out here, you can’t even make semi reasonable bids.
