From what I understand, yes you go out for the teams at your zoned school. I have heard that the schedule is "flexible" so if you have outside activities (travel sports, etc.) you can work school around it. I don't know about any of the teacher stuff, but you can leave certified in a coding language.

I park at the expressway garage and only pay $115 a month. It's at the corner of 9th and Canal.
