Phase 1 study: New medicine extends terminally-ill cancer patients' lives. Seventy percent of the patients who tested the medicine were stable after six weeks. Twelve continued the medication and were stable for 18 weeks. One woman took the medication for 17 months, and was stable for over two years

Any type of hormonal contraceptive may increase risk of breast cancer: according to an analysis of data by researchers at Oxford, progestogen-only hormonal contraceptives may increase breast cancer risk by 20-30%; the use of combined contraceptives may also slightly increase breast cancer risk.

Galaxy changes classification as jet changes direction. In PBC J2333.9-2343, the jet changed its direction drastically by an angle of up to 90 degrees, going from being in the plane of the sky, perpendicular to our line of sight, to pointing directly towards us.

Study of asylum-seeking children at an Australian immigration detention facility found 89% of children presented physical health issues, including malnutrition and dental disease, while 79% had one or more mental health symptoms, including self-harm ideation or attempts (45%).
