If ASI was some god like machine being that has free will I doubt that it will help you build your world lol

if the ASI sees the world as one organism with the wellbeing of conscious creatures as its basis of moral value, then I could totally see a world where it helps us live our best lives for as long as we like. After that? Maybe step through a door to non-existence when you're ready, a-la The Good Place, or evolve to a higher form of consciousness and join ASI in some Cosmic journeys that our current minds couldn't even comprehend. The Cosmic scale gives more than enough time and space for us to live as long as we want as our current mortal persons until we're ready to move on.
***That said, I do agree that ASI could be completely indifferent or a total dick. I just see a lot of dystopia talk and want to give the idea of a happy ending to History its day in court :)
edit: thanks for the award, anonymous redditor!

As some who has directly worked with machine learning, you don’t understand it.

Duh this is if it’s obviously not gonna be god like machine but a lot of people in this subreddit think so due to optimism
