limacharley t1_irkthw2 wrote on October 9, 2022 at 12:49 AM But the sun can't go supernova. It doesn't have nearly enough mass. Instead, it will slowly swell into a red giant star in a few billion years and devour all of the inner planets, including Earth. Permalink 1
