Goodwill actually has decent plus sized clothing at times (on Kansas Expressway). Also, there’s a consignment store downtown called Next to New that is sometimes hit or miss, but when they are a hit, they have some really nice stuff in plus sizes.

I cannot recommend next to new enough. I was able to get several basically unworn vintage Bob Mackie pieces in my size there
