They are also the laughing stock of everyone I know. We haven't been able to use a road in 3 months. That is a daily commute road. Of course we pay attention.

I can literally see it out my windows. it isn't hard also it's just in the work. They have over doubled the length of the job. Taken 3 months to go a single intersection.
