Can I ask any property management companies you suggest? I’m more worried about them taking the money and not being real because of our situation.

I rent from someone private currently. My mom uses Facebook market place because she dosent have the best credit. However I have no renter history and just rented from tuck rentals. 2b 1.5 bath town house for 650 and they were Okay with me having no renter history
