Looking for places you suggest, places you’d avoid, good property management companies or good sites to look at. Ideally we’d like to spend $950 or less, 2b1ba house. A basement is preferred but can do without. We have a cat and a dog under 20lbs. Thanks guys!

Avoid anything associated with Chris Gatley, New Vacancy, 417 Rentals. If you google his name, you'll see he's possibly the biggest slumlord in Missouri, definitely in the southwest region.

I rent from someone private currently. My mom uses Facebook market place because she dosent have the best credit. However I have no renter history and just rented from tuck rentals. 2b 1.5 bath town house for 650 and they were Okay with me having no renter history
