Springfield city utilities website... have to navigate through it but it can be done. Also your realtor should be able to do it for you

My wife and I are buying a house in Springfield and I was wondering if there was a way to see past utility at the property? We would like to get a rough idea of what our bill might be.

I'd talk to your realtor about asking for as part of the disclosures.

Yes, go to google and type in Springfield city utilities usage. You’ll have to put in a little bit of information and the address, and it will give you quarterly averages for whatever timeframe you care about.
